Notes: Hi, everyone! First and foremost, everything in this comic is a work of FICTION. Although most of the characters have Japanese names, the story is not set in Japan or any other place or country on modern Earth. This takes place in a whole different made-up world, perhaps something like an alternate universe or dimension. The term "halfling" in this story actually refers to being a 'half breed' (similarly, like the girl in "Dragon Half"--her father is human, her mother is a dragon). This term was used by humans a very long time ago to show distaste for the beastly-looking race that looked half human and half animal. They were scorned and spat at because rumor had it that they were created by means of beastiality. Later on, the Halflings became a prosperous race, however their rift with humans continued. So anyway, hope you enjoy the comic, even though I procrastinate a lot. Hahaha. ^_^; Hugs to all,
